Find the US partners who will actually sell for you.
We research distributors, independent reps and resellers, approach them for you and bring the right ones to the table.
Most European companies sign their first US partner from whoever replied. A wrong-fit partner signs, takes the territory, and sells nothing.
We do the legwork from first contact to signature.
Outreach we run
We approach the partners on your list in your name and qualify their interest.
Meetings we set up and join
You meet the partners who fit, with us in the room to keep the conversation on terms that work.
Agreements we help close
We support you through terms and paperwork, up to a signed agreement or letter of intent.
A partner channel built on fit, not on who replied first.
- Channel strategy: which partner type fits your product (distributor, independent rep, reseller)
- Scored long list of US partners by region and fit
- Partner-facing one-pager (line card) for your product
- Commercial terms framework: margins, territories, exclusivity
- Outreach, meetings and support up to a signed agreement or letter of intent
Three phases, with a go/no-go checkpoint after the first two.

Read the storyQuestions about US partners.
Should our first US partner be exclusive?
Rarely for the whole country. Exclusivity can make sense when a partner commits to clear targets in a defined territory. If you grant it, tie it to a region, a product line and a time limit with performance targets, so one quiet partner cannot block your US market.
Distributor or independent reps: which fits us?
Distributors buy, stock and resell. They suit products with inventory, short delivery times and many repeat orders. Independent reps sell on commission and hold no stock. They suit technical or higher-value products sold straight to the buyer. The channel strategy at the start answers this for your product and your buyers.
What if no partner signs?
That is what the go/no-go checkpoints are for. If research or the first conversations show weak interest, we tell you before outreach runs its full course, along with what we learned about your pricing, positioning or partner type. Part of the fee is tied to results.
Can you represent us yourselves?
Not as part of this service: here our job is to find partners who sell for you over the long term. Direct Representation, a direct partnership in which we represent your company in the US ourselves, is coming soon. If you are interested, please reach out.
